    Bio Mr. Asghar is the founder and managing partner of the Asghar Law Firm. He is a civil litigation lawyer with experience in real estate law, bankruptcy, probate, immigration, family law, trusts and estate law, business entity formation, contract law, and sports and entertainment law. He became a lawyer to help those who cannot help themselves. Mr. Asghar received academic awards for excellence for his undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida as well as while studying for his Juris Doctorate degree at Florida A&M University in Orlando, Florida. Following law school, Mr. Asghar gained invaluable experience and training from the teaching of some of Florida’s finest trial lawyers, providing him with the courtroom skills necessary to obtain the best possible results for his clients. When he is not representing clients, Mr. Asghar enjoys lecturing at events regarding changes in the law and working with students from his former alma mater in their preparation for the Bar and courtroom techniques. Recently, Mr. Asghar played an intricate role in the publishing of the Florida Family Law workbook to assist new lawyers and current law students with the practical skills of the profession.

    Bio Zorelly Torres-Sanchez is a Senior Associate Attorney at Asghar Law, where she practices exclusively in immigration and nationality law. Originally from Puerto Rico and now based in Jupiter, Florida, Ms. Torres-Sanchez has dedicated her legal career to helping individuals and families navigate the complex U.S. immigration system with compassion, strategy, and relentless advocacy. Ms. Torres-Sanchez earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Puerto Rico before obtaining her Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law. Prior to relocating to Florida, she worked at a boutique litigation law firm, where she developed a strong foundation in advocacy and client representation. Since 2016, she has focused exclusively on immigration law, representing clients in a wide range of matters including family-based immigration, waivers, adjustment of status, removal defense, humanitarian petitions, consular processing, naturalization, and employment-based immigration matters. She joined Asghar Law in 2020 and has since become known for her hands-on approach, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to her clients. Ms. Torres-Sanchez understands that immigration cases are deeply personal and often life-changing, and she prides herself on building genuine relationships with the individuals and families she represents. Her clients value not only her legal knowledge and responsiveness, but also the empathy and reassurance she brings during difficult and uncertain times. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Ms. Torres-Sanchez is passionate about serving diverse communities and ensuring her clients feel informed and supported throughout every stage of their cases.     Associate Attorney

    Bio Francisco J. Oporta Jr. is a dedicated immigration attorney who has been practicing law since 2017 and focusing on immigration law since 2018. Over the past eight years, he has represented clients across the United States in a wide range of immigration matters, including personally visiting clients detained at ICE detention centers in multiple states. In 2024, he joined Asghar Law after spending the previous years working with immigration law firms based in Los Angeles, Dallas, and Miami. Mr. Oporta earned his Juris Doctor from Florida International University, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Florida Atlantic University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Florida State University. A native-born Venezuelan raised by Nicaraguan immigrant parents, Mr. Oporta is also a naturalized United States citizen. His personal connection to the immigration process gives him a deep understanding of the challenges, sacrifices, and perseverance required to build a life in the United States. He is committed to providing compassionate, knowledgeable, and results-driven representation to individuals and families navigating the immigration system. Outside of his legal practice, Francisco is an avid video game player, a passionate baseball fan, and a hockey media personality.

    Bio Noelle Cabral is an Associate Immigration Attorney at Asghar Law, where she has focused exclusively on immigration law since the beginning of her legal career. Ms. Cabral earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Florida Atlantic University in 2019 and later obtained her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2023. During law school, she served as an Articles Editor for the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law and became a published author through her academic contributions to the journal. As a proud Cuban American, Ms. Cabral is deeply passionate about serving the immigrant community and brings a personal understanding of immigration law shaped by her own experiences. She was inspired to pursue a career advocating for immigrants and their families by her late mother, who zealously practiced immigration law for over a decade. Ms. Cabral is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of her clients through her work as an immigration attorney at Asghar Law. Whether reuniting families, advocating for humanitarian protection, guiding individuals through the path to U.S. citizenship, or protecting against removal, she is committed to positively impacting the immigrant community. She prides herself on providing compassionate, attentive, and effective legal representation to all of her clients. Outside of the office, Ms. Cabral is a proud wife, daughter, sister, and mother of two young children who inspire her to continue her advocacy. She credits her family’s unwavering support for helping her achieve where she is today. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, spending time with her family, and reading.
