In her 34 years serving as co-founder and CEO of PATHOS, The Creative Intelligence Firm, she has crafted and managed the marketing direction for the county’s most prominent and influential entities such as Tenet Health, Ocean Properties, Dreyfoos School of the Arts Foundation, West Palm Beach Downtown Development Authority, Palm Beach Police & Fire Foundation, CityPlace, Palm Beach Outlets, SunFest, Palm Beach State College, The Community Foundation for Palm Beach and Martin Counties and many others. She is currently an alumni of the Leadership Palm Beach County Class of 2019 and a board member of Impact The Palm Beaches plus has served on the Palm Beach Tech CEO Council and local board for the American Advertising Federation.

    Shane Savage is a dedicated leader committed to fostering growth and positive change in Palm Beach County and beyond. His educational journey began at Cornell University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics & Management, followed by a Master of Liberal Arts in Digital Media Design from Harvard University. Professionally, Shane serves as the Chief Strategy Officer for PATHOS, a prominent full-stack marketing agency located in downtown West Palm Beach. Prior to this role, he gained valuable experience as a wealth management analyst at Aon Hewitt and as a BOLD intern with Google's Healthcare team in Cambridge, MA. Shane's commitment to the community is evident through his active involvement in various leadership programs and community initiatives. He is an alumni of both Leadership Palm Beach County and Leadership West Palm Beach, where he forged connections and gained insights into the region's needs and opportunities. Currently, Shane proudly serves as a board member of SunFest, contributing to the festival's success and the community's cultural vibrancy. His dedication to collaboration, innovation, and inclusive growth drives his efforts to positively impact Palm Beach County's future.
